Hi, I’m Yannique
As a seasoned healthcare leader with an M.B.A., B.S.N. and 20-year track record in nursing, I’m leveraging my skills and experience to assist law firms with medical litigation and deciphering policy, practices and gaps in cases. Utilizing my M.B.A and B.S.N, I have progressively advanced in my career. I’m one of the few nurse expert consultants who remain relevant by staying active clinically at the bedside and having extensive administrative experience. In all the positions in which I have served, I have been recognized for my clinical skills and capabilities as a leader. I am a seasoned healthcare leader who has dedicated myself to ensuring safety and quality. I have had oversight for hospital daily operations including Critical Care, Cardiac/Tele Service line, Surgical Services, Peri-operative area, Emergency Service including Trauma Service, Cardiac Rehab and multiple in-patient units. I have participated and lead both Pathways to Excellence and Magnet accreditations. I have managed and written policies and procedures at a system level. I have extensive experience both clinically and in operations with a profound understanding and passion for quality and strategic operational expansion. I am task-oriented, goal-driven and transformational as a leader. I am proficient and love LEAN daily management; I am a Green Belt in Six-Sigma and well versed as being a change agent.
